my vagina and labia lips are so red and swollen and they itch really bad. even my clit itches. could this be bacterial vaginitis?

Your symptoms can also be symptoms of a yeast infection. But the one way to tell if it's bacterial vaginosis is if the discharge smells like a fish. The only way to know for sure what is going on is to have this evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
