Most HOFers by "plaque team logo", I don't know.
Most HOFers who EVER played for a given franchise throughout its history (all cities / nicknames included in continuity), we have:
Giants - 53
Braves - 44
Dodgers - 44
Cardinals - 41
Yankees - 40
Cubs - 38
Pirates - 35
Reds - 33
Athletics - 32
Phillies - 32
Red Sox - 30
Indians - 26
Orioles - 25
White Sox - 24
Twins - 21
Tigers - 20
Not surprisingly, the original sixteen.
Among the 14 expansion teams since 1961:
Mets - 9
Angels - 8
Astros - 6
Padres - 6
Brewers - 5
Royals - 4
Rangers - 3
Blue Jays - 3
Nationals - 2
Mariners - 1 (Perry)
Devil Rays - 1 (Boggs)
Diamondbacks, Rockies, Marlins - zero
Most HOFers on any single season team is nine, by the 1928-33 New York Yankees.

The Giants. They also have the most unqualified Hall of Famers, because Frankie Frisch was the head of the Veterans Committee for a long stretch and got all his old friends inducted.
