How do you root a hawaian shefflera?

schefflera is probably the easiest tropical I've ever rooted.... stick a stem in moist soil in a pot and wait.... done!.... I have to trim mine most years , when I bring them back inside for winter and since I can't throw out good vegetation, I tend stick the cuttings in pots.... now, I need to give away several!!!....
