Eh. I don't know. It does sound interesting. I just don't know if i would add Leilene with Amira.
Amira is a very pretty name and i think you should have a middle name that compliments its "lebanese-ness" by adding in something thats not exactly as Arab sounding but not totally weird also.
Try Romanian names and there are Spanish names derived from Arabic that would sound exotic and beautiful. And there are Arab names out there like Somaya that are very pretty sounding.
Don't worry about it sounding weird or if kids will pick on her. Too many people say that crap. When they are older, they will treasure the originality of their name. Hell, i did. And yea, i was picked on a little but you have to get over such things and move on.
