"My Dream Home"!
I would love to find such a place! Because GENUINELY smart people know that life just goes more smoothly when people live ethically and honorably and people treat eachother with consideration and respect. They also know that TRUE human values are not measured with a $.
If they do not know these things, then they are NOT REALLY smart people, are they?

Yes, and these REALLY smart people would know that if everyone cleans up his or her own mess then NO one gets stuck with it all!

sparrowville - smart creatures - free to fly free to wander free and free. no one catches u except the occasional eagle. no one bothers u - u can develop into your full capacity without any interruption. small is might!! look at gt smart pple - most tend to be short small like a sparrow.
