Interesting question. Let me ask a few.
Who would dare challenge the might of the Roman Empire?
Who would dare challenge the might of Napoleon's army?
Who would dare challenge the might of the Third Reich?
In all these cases - and many more - it wasn't a rival army that truly destroyed them, but rather it was their own hubris that lead to their downfall.

How many countries dare to come face 2 face with Canada? Most countries love us, we are the peacekeepers..we go wherever USA goes to war...I don't personally think Canadians should fight USA wars....but, we do it because we are allies to you. UNDERSTAND?

Pretty much any one of them now. Now that they see how incompetent George Bush is and how he can't even wage a military campaign against a ragtag group of teenagers, no one has any respect for the American military anymore.
It is a shame because we have the best fighting force and generals in the world and the worst management.

Only the ignorant ones. It might change, however, if a liberal gets into office as they don't care about security and would rather be free, free, free. They don't understand that often times, one has to give up some freedom for a limited time to obtain more security.
