This is IMHO exactly why everyone should be *terrified* at the possibility of Hillary Clinton actually taking the white house, especially since Bill has expressed interest in being the secretary general of the UN.

Bill Clinton was a very practical man. people should not forget that during his tenure the American economy was simply at its highest. He knew where the American interest lay. to blame him or Bush or any other president ( the first nuclear design ws stolen by USSR way back ) is just lack of understanding how democracy functions. All the presidents of USA were and are patriotic till core. to blame them would be blaming the American public and their collective wisdom. if Clinton winked, it is probably with the expression,' Well !' One can not cry over spilled milk ! is there any proof linking him to the theft ?
