Do you have a link to the confirmation of the plea deal? I can't find any reference to anything other than his co-defendants, although there is mention that he is CONSIDERING a deal.

Well, to date there is NO deal. His lawyers would not be doing what they are paid to do if they did not seek a deal in his favor. With his co-defendants all accepting deals, probably with promises to testify against him, the deck is getting stacked heavily NOT in his favor. BTW, plea deals do not necessarily mean a person is guilty as charged. Usually it is because the evidence against them is strong and they want it to "go away" with the minimum of consequences.

Yes. Sentence him to be caretaker of Ving Rhames dogs.

Michael Vick is very fast, but I'll bet he couldn't outrun some old good ol' boys hunting "coon" hounds (American Foxhounds). Those dogs would make a Patriotic feast of Vick!
