You should definitely have a direction by the time you are a Senior in high school. A lot of college courses can lead you to multiple careers. You still have time in college to change your mind. If you need help ask your guidance counselor to either get you tested to see where your abilities lie, or perhaps your teachers can advise you. Don't get all worked up over this. It will come to you in due time. I'm going through something similar. I recently retired and now I don't know what I want to do now that I have grown up! I'm serious.

There's no age limit. It's nice to have an idea before you graduate from high school, but it's never set in stone. I've changed my mind 5 or 6 times since I was 18 and I'm only 24 now!

study who is the oldest student in college and figure it out from there. My mom went back to college and got a nursing degree at age 52. as a point of referance. I am doing a job that did not exist when I was in HS.

There is no age limit. There are people who actually have a job and are like 30 years old and don't know. Don't give in to the pressure of everyone making you feel like you should know!

Holy cow!!! There's an age limit. Well if there is, I'm in big trouble. I'm 33 and still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
