America is best and here is why. Unlike other countries, this one was specifically founded on the idea of liberty. The Declaration of Independence states quite distinctly that it is a self-evident truth that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights.... No other country makes this assertion. What this means is that we recognize a moral absolute that there is a Creator and he sits in judgment of man.
Our rights, therefore, come from the Creator and not from any man or man made government. Since they are not granted by any government they cannot be taken away by any government. This makes the individual the most important unit in country.
This is not true about any other country. No matter what degree of freedom they currently enjoy or seem to enjoy, it can be taken away at any time by their government.
Not so in this system of democratic elections and representative republicanism. The power here in solely in the hands of the individual citizens. We lend it in measured amounts to the leaders at election time. If we are dissatisfied with their work, we elect others or even run for office ourselves.

The best country I believe is a matter of personal choice. What people want out of life obviously varies and different countries suit different people. I grew up in a country with a high level of human development when looking at its various statistics. However, it doesn't suit me personally and I moved to a more stimulating country. I would rather live in an interesting country than a dull one. No single country is the best!

From most statistics it is Norway or maybe Sweden. The women are thought very highly of and since they are a socialist country all people have health care and also things like child care. When a woman has a child she can take I believe 1 year off with pay!
Many countries are ahead of us in health and well being and longevity.

It depends what you prefer. If we talk about women then Russian women or Ukrainian women are the hottest. If you talk about an incorrupted government the Canada. The easiest place to find a job Norway.
