one of two left out of dispersement of dads estate just because the will didnt say to susy I leave my ?????? but also didnt state to susy i leave nothing. Yet , 1/2 brothers x 2 and 1/2 sister were givein very expinsive gifts as well as harelooms. Along wiht complete strangers who also were given expensive things that belonged to my dad. No one inforemed me of dispersment of dads stuff.

How sad, but the problem is they are not required to tell you the estate has been disbursed. If they were any kind of siblings to you they would have let you know and then you could have chosen things which meant something to you in memory of your father, I presume it was your dad. Same thing happened to me, I never even got left a photograph and people who my father could not stand where in his house going through his precious belongings and fighting over who was to get what. Sometimes I really hate families and it is at times like this you know who your real family are. Chin up though, better days ahead and you have your fathers cherished memory locked in your heart where the vultures can't reach.

If it doesn't say you get something, or say that something is to be split between all the children, you are out of luck. Sorry.
