There are a few. Mike Tomlin. RB Gary Russell. LB Lamar Woodley. P Sepulveda.
Timmons is a disappointment by default for not playing yet, and TE Spaeth drops passes.
My favorite though isn't exactly new. Walter Young. He's been on the practice squad for awhile. He has the height we've been missing, and I think its time he gets a shot at it.

I like Gary Russel the best. He has shown guts. Gary was kicked out of the University of Minnesota because of his grades. He blame this on his work ethic. However he claimed that he has changed his worth ethic during camp and it has shown. Many people believe that he is hardest working this camp. He is also playing unbelievable in the preseason games. He is not a running back that goes down after the first hit. He is would also rather run you over than run out of bounds .I relay hope he makes the team.

Coach Tomlin.
He brought back discipline & the fire of competitiveness to the players.
Cowher's mind was in North Carolina last season & the team suffered because of it.
Also, Lamar Woodley. He's playing like a veteran so far.

Kerry Davis and the new open attack. Tomlin is very disciplined ,which is what we need. People are overlooking us this year. Ah, just like I like it. Remember '06?
