Yes, and congratulations..according to the Amul Star (voice of India) the celebration started today...Star Azaadi Express
states The celebration on August 15th celebrating the spirit of freedom, unity,integrity and solidarity...all which stand for India. The show also celebrates over 60 years in a language understood by every Indian, regardless of caste, creed or religion,... the language of music.
Tremendous strides have been made by India and her people....economically,one of the world's leaders in computer software production....and politically.........continued success............thank you

No I wish (MOST) of the Indian people who come to the US would stop acting like they are high and mighty and above everybody else. And to stop outsourcing and putting the American economy to waste.

I'm not trying to be racist here, but I live in an area with a high immigrant Indian population in NJ, and the majority of them are rude and think/act they are superior to everybody else. There's no reason for that.

I hope that India becomes a more educated and successful country, and that they live more in harmony with the Muslims in India.

Yes, that would be great! They're democratic and respect diversity. They're a good counterweight to China, which is communistic and crushes diversity.

Doesn't matter to me. It would be nice if there were more than the rich and very poor class of people.
