Here's more info on bipolar. Bipolar Disorder generally has longer mood episodes, lasting months. There is one type that can have very rapid mood cycles, even multiple cycles per day. It's called Ultradian Bipolar Disorder. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bipolar_disorder

If it's really disrupting your life, or if others are complaining about its severity, It might be worth getting a medical opinion about whether you have this problem. Otherwise it could just be strong mood swings that don't require clinical intervention.

First of all, are you pregnant. Because being pregnant can be a very moody experience. I see everyone is quick to label you bi-polar. I don't want to do that but if you need help please by all means seek help. Personally, I can understand what you trying to say. I have on occasion experience these same mood swings you are going through, I know mines has alot to do with my age and also I had a crappy childhood. One thing I want you to remember it's know shame if you need to talk someone professionally. People spend too much time looking for happiness with other people. To be honest all you have to do is find a way to be happy with yourself. I want you to stop beating up on yourself you haven't done anything wrong. MUCH LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you could be bipolar. Get to a doctor and tell them your symptoms. Do some research on the internet about bi-polar or mood disorders. See if any of the symptoms match what you are experiencing.
