In regards to? Alonzo Mourning was always the better all around player. Shawn Kemp had a few years where he was a tremendous scorer but anyone can be a tremendous scorer if you're getting the rock under the hoop

Alonzo Mourning. No Question.

They're entirely different players who played different positions. Kemp was a high flying power forward who made his living playing above the rim through dunks and highlight reels. He was more an offensive player who couldn't defend even if his life depended on it. He didn't really have a post game and he prefers jumping over people instead of backing them down. Mourning was a supreme defensive center who made his living guarding the paint and blocking shots with authority. He doesn't dunk with flair the way Kemp has but he does have a better post game. Zo has range and can shoot from 20 feet but his all-around offensive performance lags behind Kemp. It's like comparing apples to oranges. They were both unique and talented in their own special way.

Shawn "Rain Man" Kemp. He was the flashest center I ever saw. His dunks made him one of the best at it. But drugs, an extra 100 pounds and 17 kids in 8 different states later, he's now a bum. Alonzo was just a great defensive player. Rain Man could put butts in the seats.

Alonzo Mourning was better all around. Teams play better Defense when they have a great shot blocker like Zo behind them. Plus he rebounds and plays strong defense. They both play offense.

MOURNING...HANDS DOWN!

What's the legacy of Kemp? He grew bigger and bigger... tried out with other teams and couldn't break back in.

Zo, kidney transplant and all...still doing business!
