It means that you have strained your self lifting or working to hard, it is nothing, every man will have this at some point in their life. Taking to much aspirin for pain will thin your blood and cause this too. It will happen one time and the next time you check it will be clear don't worry about it! If it keeps up see your Dr. and he will tell you the same thing!
