How do I load videos onto my phone?

Like, I want to put videoes onto my phone from my computer. The videos are already converted to put onto the phone, but how do I actually put it on my phone? I have a Sprint Upstage phone, model SPH-M620.

As phone always support 3GP, 3GPP file. You may use a video converter to convert the video to your phone. Many such software on Internet which you can search on http://www.google.com/
