I don't know about *ever* (there probably was some really nasty s**t going on 10 000 years ago), but my vote would probably go for Gavrilo Princip. He assassinated one person, and that started a chain of events which would lead to World War 1 (with 20 million deaths), which itself would start a chain of events leading to World War 2 (with 100 million deaths), which would put the world in a state of perpetual fear of complete and total vaporization in the hands of nuclear fire. He, of course, knew nothing about the future, so it doesn't exactly make him evil (in fact, he had some pretty good justifications for the assassination), but he is indirectly responsible for 120 million deaths.

There are so many! Too Many! However, My guess on the top of the list- Adolph Hitler. Only because, his name is so synonymous with Hate. And he seems to have influenced all dictators and mass murderers that came after his reign. Not to mention, the fact that NOBODY descended from him will claim his family name!

I really can't say. I don't know. There are HORRIBLE people out there but to say the worst..I can't. I don't know enough people to know the things humans do that are so horrible.
I think we're all the worst people...we all hurt each other and we all do things that shame us.
