Contact seller (assuming it's not stolen) U must have some means of communicating with him ?

You could try taking the CMOS battery out if you can find it (Ask google) and if it has a sep one.

Did laptop come with all "normal" accessories, and the Windows license ? If not, are you sure you didn't buy a stolen laptop ?

i don't know of any laptops that have a default bios password. Default is no password so that when reset it can just be accessed. Looking at that model, it seems dell made it particularly difficult in that resetting the bios doesn't clear the pw, it has a separate security chip. Call dell support and ask them for assistance, there really is no other way.

There isn't one. Someone had to set it.

There are ways to reset it. Most of the time if you remove the COMOS battery it will reset. There is usually a jumper on the mother board too.

You have to look at the jumper in your motherboard and also try to take out the cmos batt.Failing which try to consult the computer shop nearby

There is no such thing. Why don't you flash the BIOS with a newer version and see if that resets it.
