All politicians have too much power. Why should we give these idiots a blank check to spend our hard earned money? And do we really want theses morons to tell us what's the best form of health care for us? Please - these are things we should be doing for ourselves.

Until we can all be on the same page, realizing each other's instantaneous thoughts, we need some governance over what happens in this world from a few individuals that can respond instantaneously to protect our nation. We are going to have to trust that they have our interests at hand. If not, we need to vote the person whom we think is bad at it out.

The other choice is mayhem.

It appears that he does with a subservient congress- that was really scary for a long time. It made me question the wisdom of having the sitting president serve as de facto leader of his political party.

Actually I'm prone to think he has too little. If he had more, we'd be out there whipping the terrorists butts without much problem.
