They make transfer paper for your printer. I've seen it in art stores and crafts places. I suppose it would only be a matter of scanning your colored pencil drawing, reversing it horizontally, printing it out onto the transfer paper, and applying the transfer to your t-shirt.

But I have never used it, so I don't know how well it works.

If you are planning on doing a large quantity, you can get them professionally printed - for which you will need a computer version of said drawing which you can provide the company. If you only wish to do a few, you can purchase special transfer paper, which you would print from your computer (again you need that picture on your computer) and then you iron them onto the t-shirt.
