They say Mike Alstott is a fantasy Hall of Famer??? Ok, I respect Alstott as much as anyone, but the dude ran for like 35 yard/game and scored 4 or 5 times a year.

Great real football player, but you're a moron if you ever had him on a fantasy team.

He never had more than 10 TDs, and never ran for 1,000 yards in a season.

Yeah, that commercial was obviously not written by a FF player.

ESPN Fantasy Football HoF is broken into different categories:
1. Touchdown Vultures
2. Waiver Wire Wonders
3. Unheralded Rookies
4. Out of Nowhere
5. Handcuff Heroes
6. The Studs

Mike Alstott is there because between 1997 and 2001, he scored 37 rushing touchdowns while Warrick Dunn rushed for 20 less during that time.

MJD is listed as an "Unheralded Rookie".

They have Maurice Jones-Drew as the fantasy hall of famer when clearly Frank Gore was a nobody and came out and put up top 5 numbers. If I were to pick the "fantasy hall of famer" out of those 2 it would be Frank Gore. He helped teams out more than Jones-Drew did even though I do think Jones-Drew had a great season. That shows that they don't know fantasy football as good as they should OR they couldn't get a monetary agreement with Gore to do the commercial.

Also to add to the Alstott thing. I think it because he did have a really good season 3 or 4 years ago and they could be putting him on there for that.

Let me see.. you are all uptight and tense about a fantasy commercial about a fantsy contest someone made up.

Maybe you should take a make-believe valium.
