Definitely Tom Bloxham.

Wilson set the scene for the country in terms of music and the club scene.

Bloxham was the first in the UK to regenerate degraded urban areas with trendy, cleverly desinged apartments with his company Urban Splash. This has now been copied almost everywhere in theU UK - most notably London (a latecomer as usual to the game), just as Wilsons clubs were.

It was a self appointed title!

Mr Wilson was a rather forthrigtht self promoter, to put it in kind terms.
