yea i think i could do it as long as the instrument covering my body was a cello. that way you could sit down in front of it and play and not really show anybody your business. then you could just wheel backwards off stage assuming your stool had wheels.

I've been naked on stage without the guitar, and just had socks on my feet. Guess it depends on how close to home I was.
