I got an idea John, the federal government of the United States can guarantee me nothing, my Constitution already does that. They can manage our military to keep our country safe, they can manage national transportation and they can have a court that settles matters that aren't settled at the state level.

Hey that sounds like an idea some guys named George, Thomas, Benjamin and a bunch of Johns thought of a little over 200 years ago.
