I think that vehicle is carbureted. If so, you probably have a needle and seat that is hung open causing the carb to flood out. When you park the car for that long the float in the carburetor bowl drops down as the fuel that was in there evaporates over time. with the float is fully down the needle valve can either seize or corrode so that it won't shut off the fuel when the carb bowl fills back up. That would be the reason for the flooding, the black smoke and the no-idle.

You can try to run some carb cleaner through it with the fuel. otherwise, if it is carbureted, tap it lightly on the top of the carb as that will sometimes shake the needle valve loose. If not, the top has to come off the carb to have the float removed and the needle valve cleaned or replaced.

hope that helps

The uncooked capability of the Camaro will bend an Import over and spank it into submission. He has have been given a ricer and maximum of them will boast and boast there soda sized automobiles till they are dry-mouthed, yet interior the tip the displacement breaks the financial agency in those turn-of-the-century pony automobiles. interior the honda, counting on the engine, that automobile purely measured as much as 158 HP. regardless of heavy differences there is no way it would desire to degree up. Oh, and the main important time that having a stick or computerized makes a difference is once you have heavily matched automobiles. an computerized SS will have not have been given any hardship skipping in the process the gears like a toddler interior the park. The honda, making its engine's way as much as the rev limiter at 5,000 rpms, lol, will never have a brilliant gamble, regardless.
