In Turkey. The yatch building industry have made an impact for the last 3-4 years. Boats are launching one after other. If i'm not wrong the biggest sail ship of the world launched in Istanbul just a couple of months ago.

You should definitely look for a Turkish shipyard. They are grouping in Pendik and Tuzla areas in Istanbul. But there are also some in the west coast which are building smaller wooden boats.

Additionaly, you can sail through Turkey's lovely west and south coasts after you have her launched.

Dubai, UAE.

You have lots of potential customers there, because it's a high-end type of tourist place. The rich and the famous go there all the time. Its still growing. With the major "earth" and "palm" island developments, it will be THE place for the rich, perhaps even passing large American and European cities. The leader of the UAE is pumping lots of money into that town. What was once an Oil Town is now the largest, or one of the largest, Tourism Destinations in the middle east.

I not sure, but, a good factor to consider is water. You may want on the coast or access to the coast (River/Inlet). Then you can launch your new boats easy and not need to transport. Another thing, it provide easy haul-out to do simple repairs. This about all I can offer.
