our billing lady at work just handed me back like all the work i've done for the past 2 weeks telling my i have to do it over again because i have to remove one service because we no longer can bill for it!!!
now tell me why didn't she tell me this before????? she knew about....wouldn't u think that when u found out that we could no longer bill for that u would tell all the data entry clerks.......BUT NO she doesn't.......stupid *****.........ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I"m only at this job till august 24th then i'm moving out of state....should i just leave it and let someone else do it !!!!!!!

Oh this sounds like something you need to take WAY over her head. It was her fault, pure and simple, that she did not inform all of you that this was no longer a billable item. She needs to fix her mistakes, not you all!

That sucks that means less time for YA! I hate when that happens! They make us do petty work here too and I hate it. I have a pretty good way of coming up with ways that I dont have to do the work. Im sure youll think of something, can anyone elce do um, offer um lunch or something. Good luck I feel your pain

It can really bite when other people don't do their job well enough so as not to affect others. Maybe you could see it as just another billing rather than a redo situation. If not that, maybe you can realize the job security her stupidity has provided.

....hhmmmmm so she wants to have the power over you huh..... good ...make it a point to check with her before you do anything else... Excuse be B. Lady is this the right way to use the stapler?....can you demonstrate the approved method?
....how do you make the copies come out of the printer & copy machine? .... This tape dispenser is too sticky, how do you handle it and ....what is the propoer method to go to the bathroom around here...I think I made a poo in my pants because I didn't know .... can you check it for me and write up a report about it?.... Thank you sooooo much

If it only took you 2 weeks the 1st time, it shouldn't take long to correct the error! Are you sure you didn't skip a memo or miss a meeting or something

Don't stress it hon. If you are leaving in two weeks just take your time redoing this and leave the rest for someone else.
Ask her for a reference letter NOW too...in fact you write it and ask her to sign it. Ask her if she wants to change anything you'd be happy to do it. Something short and sweet saying Poobear was a valuable asset to this company and I am happy to recommend her to any business. That's short and sweet, have her sign it...then take your sweet time redoing them, if you finish them great, if not...poo on them. You got your letter and you are OUT.

Doesn't she have a billing program where she can just go in an remove the service? If not...you'll probably end up having to do them again...that really sucks. I hate it when people SUCK at their jobs!
