We just moved into this apartment about a month ago and my upstairs neighbor has been pretty quiet. But last night I was woken up by some moaning and groaning and bumping noises. I just put the pillow over my head and went back to sleep thinking he probably just got lucky last night, but now I am wondering, did he get lucky or maybe he was a victim of a crime??

You should go upstairs and just check on the neighbor if they answer the door and all seems fine then just say you were coming up to see how they are doing. However if they don't answer their door, then you may consider calling the police just to check out the apartment and just tell the operator that you are concerned and then tell them your concerns. I hope the person is ok. Hope this helps.

You should go upstairs to introduce yourself and you will see if he or she was a victim of a crime or got lucky last night.

wait a day or two and then go to door and sniff around the openings ....you'll know if it wasn't just funning around right away.
Then call 911 leaving a tip of a BAD smell coming from the apartment and you don't mean a bad Karaoke Performance either

No! He/she was getting lucky! Haven't you ever heard of a dry spell? He/she hasn't had any in a month, and now he.she got some and now you know, he's/she's a loud one.

no..police has no time 2 clarify ur guessings and doubts...he must ve been dreaming...or..u cud spy on him on other nights..and c wat he is doin....it mite help..but i ll say..u r just wasting ur time..
