three options. go to the drycleaner. might be expensive though. use febreeze. only hides the odors. rent or borrow someones steam cleaner. this is probably your best option as long as you know someone that has one.

You really don't want these in any washing machine. They should be steamed cleaned and you can rent the machine with the upholstery cleaner instead of the carpet cleaner.

Take them to a laundromat, they usually have huge washing machines there. or see about getting them professionally dry cleaned (probably safer for pillows!)

First off, you do not want to saturate them with water, it will take forever to dry.

If you can afford to have it professionally cleaned, that is what I would suggest, otherwise, you can rent a steam cleaner. Follow the instructions, using only the upholstery cleaners recommended. Instead of leaving them inside to dry, if you have the place outside, put them in the sun to dry.

Go to the local laundry mat...they have bigger washers there just for these types of items...like pillows and huge comforters, etc. Last time I took my comforter it cost about $5.00 for the wash!

Maybe try dunking them in the bathtub?
Or slit one of the seams and take out the pillow and just wash the cover and sew it back up ?
Have you tried Febreeze before washing them?

Take them to a local Laundromat and use one of the big machines. It might be pricey, but well worth it!
