Hiya Hun, Congrats!

It's perfectly normal to be getting cramps it's because your body is changing and making room for the little one. I'm 23 weeks pg and I'm still having bad cramps. If you start losing any abnormal discharge or blood or the pains are really bad get yourself to the hospital. You'll be ok I'm sure your just worried about nothing. It's just another joy of pregnancy. Take Care Hun and take it easy. Have a nice warm bath and try not to over do yourself.

Good luck
xx

OK I was about 5 months pregnant with my now 10 month old son when I would experience cramping. I asked my doctor which really did not offer too much help.

Now with that being said I watched my food intake to see if it maybe was a certain food that I would eat that would cause it. I found that my stomach would cramp after I had eaten fried foods or when my son would move constantly within my stomach.

I found solutions to my problems I cut out the fried foods and I would place warm compresses to the bottom of stomach. So it might be something that you are either ingesting or maybe it's the baby movements. Just pay close attention to your body and you will come up with the solution.

I wish you luck!

Around 14 weeks I started feeling cramping/tightness, the dr told me it was my muscles, and my uterus growing. I guess thru out pregnancy you feel "cramping" mostly just tightness. Good luck.
