How many countries will book themselves for satellite launching with India?

PSLV and GSLV of India will be ready for commercial launching by 2010. The cost would be the cheapest and at the same time, with perfection.

If they prove themselves to be reliable, and if their cost is very low compared with other competitors (ULA, Sea Launch, ArianeSpace, Energia, etc.) then, yes, they will get bookings.

If India can offer reliable spacelift at a low cost, I'm sure many, many companies (not just countries) will use their service.
