Depends on how much of that 235 is in shape. If speed is very good and heavy violent contact is not an issue, fullback. Decent speed, pulling guard, inside lb could make a nice fit. If wheels are a problem but not the heart, center or nose guard. Your height would be an issue at Tight End, DT or DE.

You say you are fast. Are you "quick" as well?
If so, your size, speed, and quickness might allow you to be successful at the running back position. It is very demanding and what I play in HS. I also did kick returns.
It is a punishing position, but can be one of the most rewarding in my opinion.
Also, wide receiver for offense.
For defense, saftey, and linebacker come to mind.
One other question you need to ask yourself is: do you "enjoy" the hits? I really did and loved the contact. That may be one you want to answer for yourself. If not then, linebacker, safety and RB are not positions for you, where as WR might be more suited.
Good luck!

ok youre a freshmen? speed really doesnt matter to much unless your talking 5.0 speed to a 6.0 speed. i was the 3rd fastest 40 my freshmen year and wasnt open field quick. the next year, same 40 not as quick as others-one of the fastest open field players there were. you're perfect for a tackle or guard that pulls. Or TE if you can catch and block. as for defense-DE, DT, or LB. if your storng and qucik-de, just strong-dt, can cover-lb.
you should be on varsity wiht your size unless your a big program that has a lot of talent or unless you never played before.

How old are you? What do you want to play? If you like hitting people, play defensive end...or possibly linebacker if you are that fast. If you want to be a running back, be a runningback. If you want to catch passes, play tight end. if you want to block play offensive line.

unless youre 100% muscle and no body fat....youre not fast. 235 at 5'11" is a lineman spot in high school. go for linebacker and work the fat into muscle

If you have good hands, try Tight End.
Sounds like a good spot for a defensive end or an outside linebacker as well...
Good luck!

On my squad you'd have to be a running / half back. It does depend on your speed though. If you not as fast as you think you might be a full back. Either way, you'd be running the ball.

If you play a 3-4 defense...inside linebacker....offense - tight end, though you will be blocking, mostly, in most offensive schemes.

Defensive End or Linebacker. If you have good hands, then Tight End on offense.
