yes my high school sweetheart. He wrote it in college several years after we broke up. He read it to his class and the gals in his class were heartbroken. We broke up oon bad terms (when your 16 everything is a drama) We later became friends again and he recently showed it to me, he didnt realize I already knew about it, I heard about it from a mutual friend. We are going to get married soon and I guess in this case I can say I have a soulmate and my first love was my true love and I am soooo blessed. By the way Im now 44 and he is 46.

Yes, the first guy I ever loved. We were best friends, and although we had sex, he never loved me in the same way. We did however, remain close friends with a bond we have to this day (14 years later). Anyway, while he was in Iraq a few years ago, he wrote a poem called, "My Place", which was about me, and what my friendship meant to him.

Yep, my first boyfriend, Richard, wrote me this really great poem for Valentine's Day. I think I still have it somewhere, even though we're no longer together.

My ex was a struggling country artist. She wrote a song about her and I when we were dating. Never got any wear. She only did it in the clubs and what not. A few years later she was killed in a car accident. Her drummer in her band stole the song and sold it to a major recording artist. I can't say who but if you listen to country music, you heard it.

Yeah. My boy friend wrote a poem for me. He entitled it "Lady in violet". Thats because he saw me first in a violet dress. The poem was sweet, the deed was sweeter.

i HAVE BEEN DOING SO FOR YEARS. girls love it. but a person can express to much. & I am very good at it. In fact I have written one of your fellow country girls, about I think 20 or more in the last 6months. It is a shame we will never meet in person. Because she is such a sweet girl.
