Definitely a scam.

If someone contacts you for a job that you didn't pursue, ignore it and mark their e-mail as spam.

I haven't seen this one before, but it screams scam to me - it looks like they want to ship stuff, but don't want to be connected to it - like maybe it's illegal. I would pass on it.
