Skin tone is a key consideration. You want makeup colors that match your skin tone. Here's how to determine yours:

Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

If you have a warm skin tone, then you will want colors that have a bit of yellow or brown in them - e.g. brick red.

If you have a cool skin tone, then you want colors that are more jewel like - e.g. true sapphire or cobalt blue.

In theory you can wear almost any color as long as its tone complements yours.

I suggest a dark coffee brown eyeliner w/ black mascara and an easy to wear red gloss like Revlon's Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Cherries in the Glow. Brown will make your blue eyes stand out & Cherries in the Glow is a soft, sheer, neutral red.

Around your eyes, a light blue shadow above the eyes, a darker blue shadow in the crease of the eye, and a shimmery light bronze hue on the lid will really make the blue of your eyes pop. (Be careful to only apply lightly) For your lips, always remember chap-stick of course, and a pink lip-gloss would look really nice, just light and fresh and feminine. Of course, if you like the natural color of your lips, you could always get transparent gloss to add a little shine. (Feel free to play around with gloss, find something you like, for example, sparkle.) Lipstick gives your face a more dramatic look, so be careful. It's ok to wear a shade matching that of your lip color for night-time though, if you want to be a little fancy. Oh, last thing, be very careful with mascara, bold black eyelashes with light hair can be creepy. They do make blonde mascara though.

well try a nude eyeshadow lose to your skin colour, and a black eyeliner to define your eyes and a deep pink lipgloss
