my friends dog got a hold of my ipod video and broke my headphones and left teeth marks in my ipod like on the screen and in the back of the silver part. please answer my question.

No you cannot return it. Apple will not accept it. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Dog bites are not covered under warranty. Since it was your friend's dog that did the damage, you should have your friend buy you a new ipod.

No you cant.. if it was a natrual cause like the ipod broke on its self you could return it .. BUT since Apple cant help keeping a dog away from your ipod they cant do anything .. SORRY :D
