Yes, for example if you sign your name and the first letters are much larger than the other letters it indicates the person thinks very highly of them self.
If when signing your name and your first name is legible but your last name is obliterated it indicates either a dislike of your father or your husband (depending on the person).
There are several other things as well - I own a book called handwriting Analysis and found this information in there years ago.

You may be able to determine some things about a person's personality from their hand writing, just as you get clues to their personality from their form of address. However, it's not a "hard science" and may often vary with external factors.
