To get rid of arm hair temporarily, waxing or using a depilatory are the best options. Shaving will lead to stubble which is worse.
There are laser treatments to get rid of hair permanently but they are costly.

If you get your arms waxed...it will stay away for up to 8 weeks and when it grows back will be more sparce.
If you get lazer hair treatment...It will NEVER grow back for your life but that is verry expensive!
If you shave (with a razor)...that will probably grow back the next day and will get more prickely
If you use nair, or a hair removal cream...it will grow back sometime in the next few days after it is used but will have smoother...less prickely edges.
Theres alot of options you can choose from...

I'm not sure if you can get rid of it in a sense that it never grows back but you can get a pretty clean feel if you use Nair. Its a hair remover lotion that leaves your skin feeling soft and with no nasty stubs of hair that razors can't reach. Try it for yourself.

Shavings always good but be prepared to shave quite often as you will have stubble.Har removal cream is probably the best, waxings okay but it can leave a rash depending on how sensitive the skin on your arm is and it's painful.

Here is a few ideas for you -
Hair removal cream - Its easy, painless and lasts longer then using razor.
Waxing - slightly painfuller, but lasts longer.
Razor - Easy solution can cause rashes
Plucking - Takes along time, & hurts VERY much!
Hope this helped :)
Good luck

Razor(s).
Gillette, maybe.
First developed for armies to assist the soldiers; then, for public consumption after finding the sizable profit that could made.
