the people here on yahoo answers say they dont like it there. they name all the bad things but what are some of the good things about the company? and some other bad things? thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I work at panera and I like it. Like the person above me said, A lot depends on your co workers and managers. I am fortunate to have great co workers and managers. If you work hard there will be lots of possibilities to move up. I just became a shift manager.
Bad things- Salmon salad, chicken salad, break policy for managers, closing dining room, taking care of a toilet that someone stuffed full of paper and throw up ( yea you won't have to do that but I did yesterday and I almost threw up- long story)
Good things- Most of the food, the people I work with, possibility to move up, other opportunities within the company.

I think like any work place it's going to depend a lot on the store, your coworkers, and your manager. I worked at Express (the clothing store) on two occasions. The first time I liked my coworkers, but my boss was a complete *&^%$^&. It was horrible, and I hated coming in to work every day.
The second time was much better, due in large part to the fact that my boss was a million times better. Spend some time with your boss and coworkers, trust your instincts, and don't be afraid to leave. It's only a part time job, you can always get another one. Good luck!

Shoot, I love it there. And there are a TON of them in Jax. They have Wifi and overpriced cream cheese.
