we had guinea pigs and never had them injected. as long as they stay in a cage and don't go outside, they don't need shots. ask the breeder about it to make sure.

No, they don't need injections. They can go outside as long as they are supervised, shaded, and in an area free from possible dog/cat soiling and where traffic fumes has not contaminated the grass. Don't let them out at midday or in hot sun; it takes literally minutes for a piggie to die from heatstroke.

They do not get worms or fleas. They do get lice or mites which can easily be treated topically with a drop of Ivermectin behind each ear. See the guinealynx link, below.
I would ask you not to get your piggies from a breeder; they are often sick because the breeder has so many that they cannot keep a close eye on them all. There are also thousands of guinea pigs sitting in rescues and shelters all over the country begging for homes before they are put to sleep.

They are more socialised, and because they are treated by the rescue as pets, not a commodity, they will be more likely to have had closer attention and be illness free. I read so many heartbreaking tales of piggies coming from petshops and breeders, only to die a couple of days later from an illness.
I encourage you to read the links on http://www.guinealynx.info/sitemap.html especially http://www.guinealynx.info/healthycavy.html

There is also a forum where vet techs and people who have had piggies for many years post who will be delighted to help you with any questions, free of charge. They can be a little abrupt, but their help is second to none.

Ask the breeder, or a vet. I wouldn't think so, if you are keeping them in an indoor cage. However, if they are outside i think they might. I know dogs need them, so i would assume guinea pigs need them too, to stop them getting ill or getting an infection. You might also need regular injections against worrms and fleas and nasty things like that.

Just check with your vet / breeder to make sure. You should always have a vet near you somewhere if you have any type of pet.
