What do you mean by cloud blast ?

I've heard of cloud 'bursts' [a sudden heavy rain], but not 'blasts'.

Some large bomb blasts create clouds of dust and smoke [e.g., nuclear bombs] but I don't think that is what you are looking for.

I do not mean anything by cloud blast. I do not use that term.
