i cry and cry and cry and cry and cry and cry and cry..............................
knowing that all thats left of my BIG chocolate cake is crumbs makes me wanna cry even more!!!!!

Well, I've never broken up with anyone. Still dating my boyfriend (5 years now)...but...
If I think about it...both. You cry because it is very sad, especially when you care about the person, but then you smile because of all the good memories, and things you shared.
I guess its harder the longer you've been with the person and how well you connected.

i'd like to say that i smile because it happened, but that wouldn't be completely honest. usually, i cry or feel sorry for myself for a little bit, but then realize that i should just be happy for what was there. so, i do both... :)

Both!!!! I cryed so much & it hurt so deeply, but I knew that love should never hurt like that, therefore, I was better off without him. I got over him in time & I can now look back, smile, & chalk it up as a lesson learned. I knew someone so much better was waiting around the corner & he was.
