Hi cutememe,
The ice cream man that drives truck in my neighborhood while dinging his bell so we can all run for ice cream.
Additional Details: Bomb pops red,white & blue on a small stick & a dreamcycles 2nd place as I was a kid once-it was vanilla ice cream with like an orange sherbet over the top on a stick of course.
