1) Peter Venkman from Ghostbusters.
2) Jesus from The Big Lebowski
3) Robocop
4) Rowdy Roddy Piper's role in "They Live"
5) Police Officer #4 in The Matrix (the one Trinity kicks in the beginning).

hard question to answer. but now that you mention it i guess it would have to be the part of Officer Jim Malone in the film the Untouchables as portrayed by Sir Sean Connery. Outstanding part. or the part of William (Bill) Parrish by Anthony Hopkins opposite Brad Pitt in Meet joe Black.
I am partial to westerns and scifi. but these two roles I mentioned earlier seemed to me to be meaty parts and required the abilities of these two actors to pull them off.

I would want to play the smart girl.
You know how you see those idiots in scary movies that always trip over EVERYTHING and they investigate ANYTHING!?
I would be the girl that waits for something to come to ME.
I would also play as the antagonist. Like in Mean Girls...I would play that part well.

Diabolical supervillain, as long as I don't get killed at the end. Or I wouldn't mind henching for a really cool diabolical supervillain. Frau Farbissina would be a pretty cool role.
