Now this weekend, i had a fever, i was very achy, and i'm getting some quick dizziness... could this be miscarriage related...serious answers please.

You should speak with your doctor, to make sure all looks normal. A blood test should be done to confirm the HCG is really low or gone--if it's not, it's possible there's something still in there.

You might just be coming down with the flu, for your new symptoms. But just to be careful, call your doctor.

You should see your doctor. I miscarried in the beginning of January of 2001. February I found out that I was pregnant, which meant that I got pregnant the same month I miscarried. My doc said that after a miscarriage you are really fertile. I am not saying that you are pregnant, but you should see your dr. I had my pregnancy verified by a blood test, not a simple pee test.

Sounds like you may have an infection. Call your doctor. He/she may put you on antibiotics. I am sorry for your loss.
