I havent been verified yet, but it says they will make to deposits in my bank account between 1c and 99c to confirm that this is my account.

Couldnt someone just make paypal accounts all day, and keep getting them verified and maybe make some real money?

It doesn't quite work that way, after they deposit the funds, they initiate a deduction from the same account to get back what they put in it for verification.

They're not deposits!! Paypal won't give you money! They are withdrawls on your account which will be immediately refunded back once you verify it!! The sum will be under two pounds!

even if you set up 6 accounts an hour (1 every 10 minutes)
and got an average of $0.50. you would only make $3.00 an hour. Not worth being brought up on fraud charges for that. You need to aim for larger scams. (besides they take that money back)
