If the green version of Mission Space doesn't spin, how do they acheive the feeling of "takeoff"?

The capsule tilts backwards and you are looking at a screen that looks up so your eyes tell your brain you are looking up, and when it starts to move you see a movie like you are moving forward and your brain thinks your moving.
