as long as they only look like the purses your copying and you dont try and put logo/marks on them

Most designers don't give people permission to copy them. Go to the websites of all the big name designers, most have a page telling that replicas, reproductions and counterfeit bags are illegal. No designer likes being ripped off. And saying they are fake doesn't make it any less illegal.

Yes, as long as you do not try to pass them off as real.

Also, you cannot use any trademarks. For example, if you sell a "fake" D&B, but it still has the D&B "Duck" trademark on it, that's an infringement on their intellectual property.

its illegal no matter what with or without permission but people sell them anyway.
