I am going into eighth grade and I have a36b cup. Not that big, I know, but they r bigger than ALL of my friends. It drives me nuts. I already have to buy shirts that dont fit around my waist so they fit my chest. I know I'm going to have like a d cup when I get older due to my genetics. I dont want that. Any suggestions??

You can't stop them from growing.

Don't worry about the size of your friends and other students.

They'll catch up eventually.

I was at least a C in 8th grade. It could be worse!

IF you end up being real big and have back pain around 18ish you could look into a breast reduction.

Breast size is NOT all genetics, btw. My family on both sides were no bigger than an average C cup and I ended up a J cup. Go figure.

And, depending on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts, you may or may not lose in the breast while losing weight. If its more fatty, then you may, if its more dense, you will not (speaking from experience here!).

Breast size is genetic, as I'm sure you know. Other than that breasts are mostly made of fat and staying fit and in shape will help. Of course some girls are slim and still have large breasts. All the best.

you can't make them stop growing; however you can do chest workouts. That will firm them up so they won't look so big around your friends. Do push-ups when you wake up in the morning and you will notice the difference. =D

No you cant make them stop growing, once they will grow untill they reach their final destination size :) BUT I guarantee you will like them when you reach high school.
